Functional Medicine Practitioner & Herbalist
Aron McNicholas is a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Clinical Herbalist. Aron holds a Masters Degree in Functional Medicine and Nutrition from the University of Western States. He has participated in clinical training with notable practitioners/organizations such as Chanchal Cabrera, Dr. Jennifer Daniels, 7Song, the Physicians' Association for Anthroposophical Medicine, Phoenix Aurelius, and many more! After watching his aunt struggle with a rare connective tissue disease (Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva), he became passionate about supporting individuals with complex conditions through holistic modalities. Aron currently works to support patients with a broad spectrum of concerns, including autoimmune disease, hormone imbalances, GI issues, and cancer. His clinical practice focuses on using modalities centered in biodynamic agriculture, functional medicine, herbalism, alchemy, and anthroposophical medicine. In addition, he serves the community by offering wildcrafted herbal medicine through his company, Hartwood Herbals, and conducts plant walks, monthly classes, and one-on-one consultations. Aron is a chapter leader for the Weston A. Price Organization.
