Theresa Swan is a certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist and Peristeam Facilitator through the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute, and she holds the distinction of being the only advanced practitioner in her country. Through her extensive training, Theresa has gained expertise in using Peristeam Hydrotherapy to address over 350 pelvic health situations. She is passionate about supporting individuals, particularly women (AFAB inclusive), and has a background as a Women's Counsellor and Trauma Therapist. Theresa's journey into Peristeam Hydrotherapy began six years ago when she successfully healed her own cramps and cysts through steaming. This transformative experience inspired her to share this accessible and powerful form of medicine with others. Today, she offers global consultations and provides four organic herbal steam blends, helping clients improve their pelvic and vulvar health with tailored herbal and steam plans.
