Medical Herbalist and Naturopath
Vilma is a medical herbalist, naturopath and craniosacral therapist with a Master’s degree in Western Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster, London. She has studied Craniosacral therapy (CST) with the Upledger Institute since 2004 and is trained up to Advanced-1 level and also did a two-year paediatric Integrative Baby Therapy Training course with Mathew Appleton. Vilma also trained with Body Intelligence in the Biodynamic CST approach and in her practice she uses mainly the Biodynamic modality. Vilma Matuleviciute was a Herbal Medicine course director and a senior lecturer at the CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) for 12 years. Currently she lectures at Excelsior School of Herbal medicine and University of Klaipeda. She regularly teaches various courses on herbal medicine and naturopathy and is an experienced student clinic supervisor. Vilma is the co-founder and Fellow member of the Irish Register of Herbalists (IRH), member of the National Institute of medical herbalists (NIMH) and one of the directors of the Herbal Alliance. Vilma Matuleviciute is passionate about natural medicine, herbs and nutrition and in her practice she combines traditional herbal knowledge with the latest scientific research addressing root causes, stress and emotional support.
