Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
As a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner for almost 15 years, Ryan has always pursued an integrated approach to health and healing through Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Qigong. He has completed a doctorate program of Chinese medicine as well as continuing education in auricular therapy, laser therapy, application of patent herbal formulas in a clinical setting, tongue diagnosis and addictions treatment. He was a teacher at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences as well as a clinical and lab supervisor. He currently owns and operates Nelson Community Acupuncture in Nelson BC. He is interested in pursuing further education in counseling and orthopedic Acupuncture.
