In this mindful walk, we will explore how movement can become a practice of deep listening, both inward and outward. Using principles of mindfulness, you’ll be guided to gently unite your inner landscape with the living world around you.

For many, mindful walking is an accessible doorway into a sustainable mindfulness practice, especially for those who find seated meditation challenging, or who wish to complement their existing practice with movement.

As we reflect on what it means to live in harmony with our Earth, this simple act of walking in peace becomes a living form of conservation, an act of love and reverence for the ground beneath our feet.

This offering is open to all – no previous meditation experience is required.
