Meet Camber Giberson @thevirtualshrink

Camber’s work is grounded in a lifelong curiosity about holistic approaches to health and the relationship between the mind, body, and natural world. Camber is both a clinical counsellor and a folk herbalist.

He will be leading us through a workshop titled "Embodying the Plants: An Introduction to Somatic Therapy & Plant Energetics".

This experiential workshop offers an introduction to the foundational principles of somatic therapy and explores how herbs can support our relationship with the body and embodied experience. Drawing from principles of Somatic Experiencing, participants will be guided through a series of practical somatic exercises designed to cultivate qualities such as grounding, presence, openness, regulation, and connection.

Each exercise will be paired with a plant medicine presented in a different form—including tinctures, flower essences, and essential oils—inviting participants to explore how the energetic qualities traditionally associated with different plants can complement somatic practices.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to learn from Camber and elevate your herbal knowledge! Use her exclusive coupon code CG26 to snag $25 off your ticket.
