Denis has been a wild forager for well over a decade in the Foothills of Alberta! His main objective? Foraging for flavours for fermentation projects! Denis has been teaching workshops on MANY subjects over the years through his work at Light Cellar Superfoods. His focus has always been clear: empower people with the practical skills and knowledge to be able to do these things for themselves at home! You can find Denis leading Edible & Medicinal Plant Walks (and numerous other classes) in Alberta in the wilderness as well as in collaboration with many local farms and properties!
