Clinical Herbalist, Certified Aromatherapist, Certified Permaculture Designer
Denise Cusack is a clinical regenerative herbalist, certified aromatherapist, and a certified permaculture designer, with over 20 years of experience in the natural health and wellness community. Denise is a hands on and passionate educator and practitioner, bringing permaculture principles, environmentalism, and ethical ecology to the subject of herbalism, aromatherapy, and regenerative health and wellness. Denise looks at the world through a permaculture lens, leveraging and curating the critical information we all need to ethically and intentionally work with the plants and leave the world a better place than we found it. Denise lives at Wholly Rooted Farm, a United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary where she grows over 250 types of medicinal herbs. She also has volunteered as US Seed Grant Coordinator, US Donation Distribution Network Coordinator, and with Free Clinics for Herbalists Without Borders since 2017, and serves on the HWB Board of Directors.
