Sarah’s lifelong practice of engaging the transformative power of creativity and connecting with the land has resulted in a deep, inner knowing that the natural world is full of teachings, and that we are responsible for its stewardship. She helps individuals and organizations engage with nature and creativity to imagine new possibilities, nurture wellbeing and facilitate connection with nature, themselves, and those around them. Sarah is a professional environmental arts therapist and consultant, and has a Masters in public administration and a degree in cultural anthropology and peace studies. Grounded on 15 years of experience working with Indigenous communities, government, and the land, she specializes in: connecting with nature; creative land based decision making; ecological grief and anxiety; & decolonization and deep allyship. She holds a deep love for the wisdom of plants and has introductory training in herbalism.
