CARPOOLING

Point your GPS to Innisfree Farm & Botanic Garden.

We encourage carpooling to lessen the impact of vehicles. These resources can help you make ride connections.

Parking

All tickets include Free Parking. You will be directed to the Parking area once you have registered.

If you’d like to camp with your vehicle, RV, or trailer, you’ll need to buy a Vehicle Camping pass.

GETTING TO INNISFREE

Flying ✈️ the nearest airport is YQQ in Comox

Flights available through Pacific Coastal Airlines, WestJet, Air Canada.

With all options, additional ground travel arrangements must be made from the airport (Innisfree is about 20 minutes away)

Ambassador Shuttle provides Shuttle Services from there.

Bus 🚌  – The Island Link 

Ferry ⛴ BC Ferries has 2 routes from Vancouver:
Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay (Nanaimo) or
Tsawwassen to Duke Point (Nanaimo) are the easiest ways to get you on the Island. Book your ferry ahead of time – you can reserve at bcferries.com.

CAMPING

Camping passes are for any individual staying overnight at Innisfree Farm for Friday and Saturday night, or staying on until Monday for the Mushroom Intensive.

Campers will have access to port-a-potties facilities, and our self care station with access to an outdoor cold water sink, hot water, and a cell phone charging spot.

The campground is available on Friday, Saturday nights for participants. 

Please note:
There is no refrigeration or cooking facilities on site. No campfires or camp stoves are allowed on site. Dogs are not permitted on the premises. 

3 types of camping passes are available:

Tent Camping: A camping pass is required for any individual staying overnight at Innisfree Farm for Friday and Saturday night.

Vehicle Camping: 1 RV, van or vehicle pass is required for vehicles staying on Innisfree Farm for Friday and Saturday night. No hook-ups available.

Mushroom Intensive Camping: 1 registration to the Mushroom Intensive indicating camping option for Sunday night.  

No single night camping passes available.

REGISTRATION

Registration begins on Friday June 21 at 11 am. Registration for day passes will also be available on Saturday June 22 from 6:30-10am.

Please come visit us at the Welcome Desk at the Innisfree Farm Gate and park within the 15 minute loading zone – we’ll give you your nametag and direct you to where you should park your vehicle.
