Vendors provide a vibrant marketplace for participants to purchase herbal products, wares, books, and other craftswork.
Vendors are responsible to bring all display and decorative items, tablecloths or any other items required for the tables as well as sheets to put over at night. The Gathering takes no responsibility for the safety or security of items left at your booth.
Vending Passes include 2 Weekend Passes in your company name, and a 10×10′ vendor space. The cost is $447.

Vending does not include Meal Plans or Camping. Any additional staff are required to hold a Gathering pass.
Vendors can load in to the site starting at 8 am Friday morning, and can drive to their vendor space. We ask that vehicles be removed by 11 am and vendors should be functional by noon.
There are vendor restrictions on the products allowable to vend at the marketplace. Cannabis, Psilocybin, Micro-dose products and spirits such as mead or homemade wine are not allowable.
