BY AIR
The nearest airport is Comox Valley Airport (YQQ). Flights are available through Pacific Coastal Airlines, WestJet, and Air Canada.
Please note: that all flights require additional ground transportation from the airport, as Innisfree Farm & Botanic Garden is approximately 20 minutes away.
Ambassador Shuttle offers shuttle service from the Comox airport to the surrounding area (must be pre-booked).
BY BUS
The Island Link provides service between many Vancouver Island communities and can be a good option if you prefer not to drive.
BY FERRY
If you’re traveling from the mainland, BC Ferries offers two main routes from Vancouver to Nanaimo:
• Horseshoe Bay → Departure Bay
• Tsawwassen → Duke Point
Both routes provide straightforward access to central Vancouver Island. We strongly recommend booking your ferry in advance, reservations can be made at bcferries.com.
Once on the Island, Innisfree Farm & Botanic Garden is accessible by car or shuttle from Nanaimo and Comox.

PARKING
All tickets include Free Parking. You will be directed to the Parking area once you have registered.
Parking is located along nearby streets surrounding Innisfree. Some parking areas are close to the main Gathering spaces, while others involve a short walk back to the site along a forested pathway. These paths are natural, uneven in places, and may include gentle slopes.
If you have mobility considerations, limited walking capacity, or require closer parking access, please let our welcome team know on arrival. We will do our best to accommodate accessibility needs and help you navigate the site comfortably.
If you’d like to camp with your vehicle, RV, or trailer, you’ll need to buy a Vehicle Camping pass.
Camping passes are used to track how many people are staying on the land overnight, for safety, planning, and facilities – not to indicate what kind of shelter you’re sleeping in.
Every person staying overnight must have a camping pass, regardless of whether you’re sleeping in a tent, van, RV, or shared setup.
Camping Dates
• Friday & Saturday nights: Available for Gathering participants & their families
• Sunday night: Optional and available only to those registered for an Intensive (separate pass).
Single-night camping passes are not available.
