This hands-on intensive dives into providing herbal care during wildfires, extreme weather, community events, and protests. It focuses on practical, plant-based treatments for acute conditions, trauma support, harm reduction strategies, and setting up pop-up clinics in challenging environments. Rooted in decades of real-world experience, this class empowers herbalists to respond skillfully and compassionately in times of crisis.

Participants are encouraged to bring a brown-bagged lunch.

7Song is a clinical herbalist, botanist, and teacher with over 40 years of experience in herbal medicine. He’s practiced first aid in remote forests, frontline protests, wildfire zones, and at large community gatherings—bringing practical, plant-based care wherever it’s needed. As the founder of the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, he’s dedicated to sharing this knowledge with future herbalists and community medics alike.
