This year, we’re partnering with Pharatree Learning Centre, located just a short 15-minute journey from the Gathering site and a stone’s throw away from the campground! Led by the incredibly talented Nicole Carere, Pharatree provides a nurturing and engaging environment for young herbalists to explore fun & creative activities like tye dye, cooking, LEGO, nature walks and more.
Nicole brings over 25 years of experience working with children and fostering a love of learning. As a former faculty member at the Nelson Waldorf School, she’s a passionate advocate for alternative education and hands-on exploration. With a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and extensive experience in practical arts, outdoor education, and more, Nicole weaves together a rich tapestry of knowledge and creativity.
