Vendors provide a vibrant marketplace for participants to purchase herbal products, wares, books, and other craftswork.
Vendors are responsible to bring all display and decorative items, tablecloths or any other items required for the tables as well as sheets to put over at night. The Gathering takes no responsibility for the safety or security of items left at your booth.
Vending Passes include 2 Weekend Passes in your company name, and a 10×10′ vendor space. The cost is $575.
Vending does not include Meal Plans. Any additional staff are required to hold a Gathering pass.
Load-in begins at 8:00 am on Friday, June 26. While vendors cannot drive directly to their booth spaces, we will have a designated Vendor Drop-Off Zone close to the Marketplace for quick unloading.
We do have restrictions in place for products allowed in our Marketplace. As per our insurance, Cannabis, Psilocybin, Micro-dosing products, and alcoholic beverages such as mead or homemade wine are not permitted.
