A short survey of Russell Wilier’s journey with plant medicine, and sharing of his boreal forest wisdom. Before Russell passed on several years ago, he shared his plant knowledge with Dr. David Young and myself. We all had connections going back nearly forty years, allowing a respectable sharing to happen. This workshop will look at several of the plants in his tenth generation medicine bundle, the manner in which he used them, and some of the newly discovered science behind their benefits.
