Herbs have always been and are still a valid option in fertility management. Last December, the Journal of the American Herbalists Guild published an article with first of its kind research reporting on the efficacy and safety of herbal abortion, written by Ember Peters and four colleagues. In this class we will demystify misconceptions and accurately inform herbalists on the potential and limitations of herbal abortion in clinical practice. We will gather together to look at common preconceived notions alongside this unique data set where Ember will share analysis on the case studies of the herbal abortions presented in the article. Please note, this is not a how-to class on herbal abortion and expects participants to come with a basic foundational understanding of herbalism.
