This lecture provides an overview of the history and use of psilocybin/psilocin-containing fungi in clinical practice. Using case history to illustrate its usage, this lecture includes a review of its chemistry, indications, contraindications, pharmacy, and its application in both macro- and microdosing in the treatment of psychological disorders, including depression and anxiety, to build psychological resiliency.
