Integrate the experiences of the Herbal Gathering at a restorative and sensually nurturing Sound Bath Journey with Sensing Bliss practitioner, Joanna Finch. All the senses- touch, taste, smell and sound are anointed in the one hour guided meditation. Flutes, crystal bowls, strings and shells are some of the players that accompany Joanna’s soothing voice, along with some mystery guests. Please bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort. A suggested donation of  $20 is greatly appreciated.
