This workshop explores how plants can support the heart and circulatory systems. The summer brings a wealth of flower medicine and the energy of fire to support heart health physically, emotionally and energetically. We will study the botany of the plant part of flower and what that represents. We will look at the idea of attraction and how that works for plants (is there a thing or two we can learn from the plants in this department?). The heart holds memories, responds to and promotes emotional states – supporting the heart and circulation is an important part of both home and clinical herbalism.
