From appointment management to tracking herbal product orders, billing, payments, and follow up appointments – there are so many factors that can ease the way we work every day. I’ll show my online system that I use to manage my client list and the process I use for clinical note keeping. I’ll also review some of the key performance indicators of a small business and explain how to maximize your time working with people and plants – and how to minimize time spent on business administration and book-keeping.
