This class will include breathwork, stretches for the neck and shoulders, wrists, hips and back, as well as standing postures that get your blood pumping. Learn simple techniques to lift energy and mood, and try some special exercises for your eyes, brain and nervous system. Join this easy to follow session that will warm the body, relax muscular and mental tension, balance your posture and support a clear mind and mood.
