In this workshop, we will explore the possibility of working with Mucuna pruriens (also known as Velvet Bean) as a neurotransmitter precursor in the treatment of neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease or as a support for ADHD. We’ll cover what a neurotransmitter actually is, current studies that indicate Mucuna in cases of Parkinson’s Disease and discuss other ideas on applications for this plant.
