Ivan Sovic is a Quality Assurance Lead for Harmonic Arts and lives and works as a guest on K'ómoks traditional territory. Originally from Croatia, Ivan has a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and a Masters degree in Nutrition from the University of Zagreb where his thesis focused on polyphenols in various types of honey. In his spare time, Ivan writes for a Croatian food magazine, hikes and spends time outdoors, often with a camera in hand. His passion lies in ensuring people have access to good and nutritious food that centres on wellness, justice and equity and is in relationship to the environment in which they live.
