This pass is for approved Work Trade participants. In exchange for 10 hours of support before, during, or after the Gathering, you’ll receive a full Weekend Pass at the discounted rate of $197.
What’s Included:
- Full access to all Friday–Sunday Gathering events
- Assigned shifts in your designated Work Trade role
- Crew welcome meal and on-site orientation
Work Trade Details:
- 10 hours of required work between June 24–30, 2026
- Most shifts happen during the Gathering (Friday–Sunday)
- Tasks may include: setup, takedown, registration, kitchen help, logistics, and more
- Two required meetings:
- Pre-event Zoom orientation
- On-site Crew Welcome & Orientation Meal
