Bruce Carron
Bruce Carron is passionate about primitive skills and is a mentor at WildSpirit. He is also the co-founder of the Firemaker Primitive skills gathering (1999) and the Oak and Orca Bioregional School (1999).
He has worked primarily with children for 13 years guiding them to have more meaningful connections to wild Nature. Plants play an important part of that connection to engage all the senses -yum! He uses wild plants for food, medicine, tools and cultivating a place based consciousness.
Bruce has studied with Tom Brown’s Tracker school, the Wilderness Awareness school, friends and students. He lives in the K’omoks territory in the Pentlatch river watershed with his 2 wonderful children.
