Toni Dunne

Toni is a keen student of life, open to self inquiry and devoted to personal evolution; much of her inspiration is drawn from the allure and mystery of the natural world, which she feels inextricably connected to. Her style is a playful exploration of mind,
movement, and breath, harnessing the dynamic nature of the expansion and contraction that characterizes life. Her teachings place a great emphasis on compassion and gratitude for the gift of body, how it moves us, and the innate wisdom it holds. Having studied yoga for over 15 years now, Toni has been teaching actively in the Comox Valley since 2009, in studios, beside the ocean, on paddle boards, at festivals, in parks, churches, and studios. She co-owns The Doghouse in Courtenay, a home based studio that runs classes and hosts workshops throughout the year.
