After a lengthy and rewarding career as a professional chef, caterer, consultant and best-selling cookbook author, Joseph Forest is mostly retired from the hospitality industry. Nevertheless, he still enjoys wielding his sharp knives in the kitchen, and is happy to return to Innisfree Farm in June to focus the catering services for the 2022 Herbal Gathering. This will be his 4th appearance as kitchen lead for this event. Bon appetit!
