Mindful Movement Joint Practice
In this mindful movement practice, Angela will be sharing a series she learned in one of her very first yoga classes in the late 90’s. It’s called the Joint Opening Series and is a very gentle and accessible approach to deepening and strengthening our mind-body connection.
This practice is traditionally done on the ground (inside or outside). If being on the floor is not available to you, you may do this practice on a sofa or chair. If you need some protection for the knees when in quariped/hands and knees position, please have that available.
